How do I log a trip?
Tap the "+" button on the Pages tab, then select "New Trip." Add your destination, dates, photos, and journal entries.
How do I add friends?
Go to the Friends section in Pages. Search for friends by username and tap Follow. Once they follow you back, you can see each other's trips on your globes.
What is Passport Pro?
Passport Pro is our premium subscription that unlocks all globe skins, the custom skin editor, all tracking packs, and future premium features.
How do I restore my purchases?
Go to Settings > Shop and tap "Restore Purchases." This will restore any previously purchased skins or packs linked to your Apple ID.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Contact us at privacy@bluedot.app and we'll provide an export of all your trip data.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will permanently remove your profile and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.
What languages are supported?
Blue Dot is available in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, and Arabic.
Is Blue Dot free?
Yes! The core experience — globe, trip logging, stamps, bucket list, and social features — is completely free. Optional globe skins, tracking packs, and Passport Pro are available as in-app purchases.
